Michelle Randall

Before helping to found QNS, Randall had her own successful Silicon Valley-based management consultancy for many years. Since then she has leveraged her experience and philosophies toward establishing an international, world class research center at Ewha Womans University in Seoul. At QNS she is responsible for the culture, brand, communications, and leading QNS’s outstanding Operations Team whose goal is to lighten every possible administrative burden to ‘let the scientists focus on the science.’

Prior to her work at QNS, Randall was a sought after speaker, author, and expert consultant on organizational strategy and executive performance. Her consulting and executive coaching clients included Fortune 100 executives, entrepreneurs, members of the US House of Representatives, and the European Parliament.
