Patent Making Workshop

As researchers, we recognize the importance of protecting the ideas and innovations we create. To help our research community better understand intellectual property protection, we organized a Patent Workshop covering the fundamentals of patents and the patent application process.

We sincerely thank Cyril Chan, a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang, for sharing his expertise and providing valuable insights into patents, the application process, the appropriate timing and jurisdiction for filing patent applications, and the patent prosecution process. His informative presentation helped participants gain a clearer understanding of how to protect and manage their research outcomes.
