QNS Culture

QNS’s culture is co-created amongst the entire team, with every member contributing fully and equally to identifying the values that capture the substance of QNS’s culture. We started this in 2017 with everyone working at QNS at the time. In 2024, we held an overnight offsite meeting with all current QNS members to assess how we are living our culture and identify how to evolve it. This keeps our culture relevant and thriving. Every new member discusses QNS’s culture as part of their onboarding at QNS.

QNS’s has become renowned for its unique and tangible culture. Operations Director Randall regularly gives presentations about our culture at international scientific gatherings that are enthusiastically received.
